I was wrong on Netflix, but I was right on Nvidia, AMD, Microsoft, Meta, Shopify, Palunteer twice, Google, Robin Hood, Take Two on one of the positions I didn't do well on.

Let's go over AMD as well as Palunteer because these were two of my um interesting and more successful plays.

But I did hold on to AMD. So I still have this position open. I think I still have AMD 200 call option open here. And I think one of the big reasons I have it open here is kind of for motivation as well as, you know, coaching.
So I like to show people what's possible with Leaps. So although I told everyone to close in July and we were actually up more, like $30,000, I'm still up $25,000 and I'm holding this because I think it's a really interesting case study and I've made a couple videos around this.
Um, but I probably should close out this trade. It's expiring on 918, so in like less than a week, I won't even have this trade. But yeah, I still have it open.

And this was a big contributor to the gains in the leaps challenge. So of course like all things in life, it's like the 8020 rule. Some of your activities are going to account for a lot more of the, you know, the result that you get in life.
So here on AMD, yes, it was a big contributor to, you know, my gain. So from 50k to 100k, AMD was almost like 30k of that 50k gain. So yeah, AMD was a big part of it, but I still won on, you know, 11 out of 13 trades.
So, I still did exceptionally well, but yes, AMD was an outlier in terms of um how well it really did.

And I'm actually pretty bullish. I have more stocks that I think are going to run like AMD in this New Leaps challenge that's starting on September 21st.

So, we can talk about the $200 strike price. Why did I pick that back in January? Well, let's go to AMD stock. I want to just show you where the stock was year to date. So you can kind of see here year-to- date in January there was a lot of bearishness and I think that that was just overdone.
A lot of bears were pushing it towards you know in the hundred something dollar per share range. So for me I thought anywhere under like 250 was a value play. Anything literally under 250 to me was value.
I thought that AMD fair value was 300. Now of course it did surprise me. It went more than I thought. Okay. So in April when it was at 300 I changed my mind. I didn't close out the trade.
We officially closed it out in July, which actually July 14 I had my meeting. So July 14, we ended up closing it out at $548.
