Let's focus on the Nvidia company chart . It is performing exceptionally well today, having risen by 2.7% to reach approximately 30% year-on-year. The company experienced a slight decline during the summer, but has since rebounded .

We received several news items related to this company this morning, as Nvidia announced a number of important announcements. Tell us about the top headlines we saw this morning regarding Nvidia.

I think we should start with this rise first. We are seeing an increase of approximately 3% thanks to this news that has driven the stock higher.

Stocks are rising due to two important announcements, both of which point to the opportunities and challenges surrounding the artificial intelligence boom. First, Nvidia is launching its new open platform for AI security .

This platform was designed to give companies more control over increasingly self-reliant AI agents, following the Hugging Face takeover by Nvidia.

Second, the company agreed to repurchase $150 billion worth of shares, bringing the total remaining amount to $235 billion . So, Nvidia is currently addressing two different things: first, the biggest emerging risks in AI security , and second, returning huge amounts of capital to shareholders, betting that the future of AI is still promising.

Nvidia offers an open software platform and reference design, providing comprehensive security controls for the architecture of AI agents , from the agent's operating software to the computing infrastructure, and ultimately to robotic systems .

Timing is crucial here, given that many modern AI models have penetrated supposedly isolated environments, such as the " Hugging Face" vulnerability that targeted an Australian government agency.

Nvidia says that, based on its specific information about "Hugging Face," it could have prevented this hack using this product.

The product consists of two layers. The first is "Open Shell" which Nvidia has already reviewed. This layer works on Nvidia's Vera processors, and allows organizations to set rules that define when any program will arrive, and then apply those rules in real time.

The second layer is new and is called "Nvidia Century". It is a new layer that operates on Nvidia's BlueField data processing units. Century's mission is to monitor these AI programs, and if it suspects any of them of misbehavior, it can intervene and isolate them.

Nvidia asserts that it is capable of isolating them within fractions of a second . Therefore, it was possible to prevent these attacks that we witnessed.

But the broader message here, in my opinion, is extremely important. The company is treating AI security as an engineering and infrastructure problem, rather than demanding a slowdown, which is one of the most prominent trends currently prevalent around AI.

She says we just need better controls. We don't need to slow down the pace of our work; we just need controls to ensure that these smart systems do what we want them to do, when we want them to do it, and that we are able to stop them when necessary.

The second point, which is perhaps more important for investors, is the repurchase of shares. The company has allocated an additional $150 billion for share buybacks, bringing the total amount to $235 billion.

The company says it expects to complete the remaining program by the end of fiscal year 2028. Jensen Huang stated that Nvidia's growth, in his view, is driven by what he calls an unprecedented shift toward artificial intelligence and accelerated computing, and that the company's cash flow enables it to invest in developing AI infrastructure and return capital to shareholders.

And that's the crux of the matter . They don't have to choose between two things; Nvidia has enough liquidity to do both . The size of their cash flow is a reflection of the massive development of their artificial intelligence infrastructure, Sam.

Nvidia is at the heart of the massive spending cycle on artificial intelligence. But it is very important here, in my opinion, to clarify Nvidia’s position on the AI safety narrative , without having to directly state its position on the slowdown in AI growth.

This is where Nvidia could benefit greatly. Therefore, I am very excited because this news could lead to a potential breakout of the stock price above its all-time high. Specifically regarding safety protocols, you know, you're talking about an industry leader who says, "Listen, we're going to take this very seriously.

We're going to give our investors a reason to believe in growth and , more importantly, that there will be no slowdown, which will benefit Nvidia."

Therefore , look at contract 1016, with an execution price of 240 at 350 or less. Now, the risk will be enormous. It's 100% of the contract value, but if that range is breached, I expect Nvidia to push the price directly to around $250, which is the figure that attracts the market.

For me, focusing on this breakout will cause these contracts to trade at least 300% or more. I think the concerns about security protocols, and then the implementation of these protocols, and the concerns about censorship, are actually not censorship.

They did, in fact, agree with what David Sachs, who was in charge of artificial intelligence at the White House, said: that the responsibility lies with the companies themselves.

The company bears the responsibility for the legal consequences.

Jensen Huang, from Nvidia specifically, stated: "I completely agree ." They are now translating their words into actions, as they implement these protocols and security procedures, and this is exactly what investors want, in my opinion.

In addition, they repurchased $150 billion worth of shares, the largest ever. So, I think this is a great combination. We just need the markets to cooperate as well.

Yes, Nvidia's stock performed remarkably well , outperforming the rest of the semiconductor companies today.
