“Snowflake Stock is Soaring: Is it Too Late to Buy This AI Stock?”
$SNOWBearish
SNOW is overvalued at a forward P/E of 113; declining cash flow metrics do not justify the premium price, so wait for a better entry.

Snowflake's business is booming. The company reported 37% growth in its product revenue, and the management team is so excited about the current fiscal year that they raised their estimates for how much revenue they expect they will generate this year up to over 6.07 billion dollars, which would represent over 36% growth compared to the prior year.

“Markets Rally on Fed Signal: CPI Next Big Test Ahead!”
$SNOWNo side taken
SNOW is overbought; a short-term decline is preferred to reset momentum before testing ~$400.

Another major player in the moves is Snowflake. Snowflake stock was unable to hold onto all of its gains, and you can see a series of breakout attempts here that somewhat illustrates how the price moves when it enters breakout situations.

You can see here the first and main trend line of the breakout drawn down to the pivot point that occurred here in November or October 2025. When the price initially accelerated upwards, it was rejected and then climbed above it, consolidated, then came back down, retested the top of that trend line, then accelerated upwards, creating another pivot point.

Then this earnings report came along and gapped up above that trend line as well.

Long SNOW due to its role as a key AI data layer; position held with a stop-loss in case of poor earnings results.

Snowflake earnings coming and well, all right. So, there's a bunch of earnings.

Josh before before we get into Snow, which is obviously your your beat, not mine. Snow the stock has performed exceptionally well as has Dell into the print.

Here's why I want to talk about snow. I bought the stock during the course of this quarter. Um I did not buy the low. That's not my my thing. That's not what I do. I buy breakouts.

And I got it. I nailed it. I'm still long. I am trailing it with a stop. If tomorrow night's report is apocalyptic, it's not going to bother me. I'll just I'll be out.
