As an example, I'm noticing here that XRT and XLI are in the in sync box and that they're in the late breakdown box. That tells me that there's a high probability that those are suffering daily cycle breakdowns.
XLI has obviously been lagging badly here and very much in line with what's happening uh with some of the names tied to the IWM. Uh 824 to 105 RS has turned down corrective mode.
What's going on with this overall translation? Still positive. Okay, still holding up, but a little bit weaker.
We can also take a look at industrials XLI and the group did turn negative mid-August continuing to decline now below that 50-day simple moving average negative RSI and a negative MACD.
Certainly one of the major areas are the some of these larger construction companies, those that were involved in data centers. And again, it is going to be about those bottlenecks.
Either it is going to be because of the inability to get certain materials, but overall, XLI in a confirmed downtrend.
And then industrials, [clears throat] which used to be the other sector together with technology with a positive outlook, has rolled over. It's does not seem to be able to make it all the way to the leading quadrant.
So that positive outlook and remember when I scroll back 1 2 3 4, industrials was the second third sector when you look at the RS ratio scale. And the other sectors have overtaken it right now and you can see that it's now also rolled over and moving at a negative heading.
So reason enough to downgrade industrials to a neutral negative outlook to an orange box.
