You can see two of them . First, this downward trend line from its all- time highs down to the price. We had attempted the hack and failed in the previous two attempts , but this time the hack was confirmed on Friday of last week.
Then on Monday, as you can see, we broke above this parallel upward trend . And today the breakout was confirmed from it, in addition here on the 50-day moving average. We have also confirmed the move above the 50-day moving average, and we did so yesterday.
So we have three major breakouts on a single chart in the last four trading days for the SMH index.

You can do it yourselves too. Look what I did. I used the Fibonacci tool, and it climbed to the top, then dropped to a recent low on July 29. And here is the result. Right at the 618 Fibonacci retracement level.
We have seen a massive rally. Based on that , look at where we are on the Relative Strength Index (RSI). We are approaching the 70 threshold. This explains why we are in the " overbought" zone in the near term.
We haven't gotten there yet , but we have encountered a significant level of resistance. This level should be able to provide a slight pullback, if not a halt in price here. What I would ideally like to see is , what are we talking about on this program, guys?
We talk about penetration corrections all the time. I would like to see this breakout make a good correction down to the top of the parallel channel. In this case, that would be the first opportunity to buy these stocks as the upward trend continues on the charts.
