Citigroup is reasonably priced; recent dividend growth (~6-7% over 6 years) supports value despite past volatility.
Now, Cityroup is an interesting story because it obviously got caught up in the hype of the what I call the financially instigated 2008 2009 great recession and these stocks paid the price.
But if you look at the shorter time frame, City Corp has seemed to write the ship. They do have some volatility. This is co but again look at that dividend line. Now the dividend line is goes periods where it grows very fast and then it doesn't.
