“Should I Reallocate Money in a Target Date Fund?”
$FAVRXBearish
Holding FAVRX has underperformed market-indexed alternatives by an estimated 20-30% over the past decade, causing significant opportunity cost.

For retirement, I have $380,000 invested in FAVRX, a 2055 target date index fund within my 403b.

But Chanel, let's start answering your question about FAVRX. This is what everyone will do at home. I want you to type morningstar.com. This is a completely free platform, not sponsored.

Everyone uses it. Go to morningstar.com and you will see a small search bar at the top. Search for FAVRX. This is the Fidelity Freedom Index 2055 Fund Premium 2 Class. You will see a tab there called Performance.

I clicked on Performance and scrolled down. I can see 10 years of data, up to 2016, showing me the total return on investment. So, I see 9.4 in 2016, 20.5 in 2017, -7.1 in 2018.

Great. So, we have the total performance of this investment.

That's the earliest record
