Let's take a look at KRE . She mentioned that we saw a slight recovery at the close. This is a regional banks index fund , and this heavy selling was due to the announcement of the government's bond buyback program, which in turn led to higher prices.

So we saw a number of these banks decline, and then again , we are seeing a recovery. So I will definitely be watching that closely, looking for any recovery.

KRE, I talked about bank stocks being negatively impacted by the fact that the yield on that 30-year is declining because of the government's huge share buybacks. So, KRE is that regional banking ETF.

These smaller banks are going to be the most negatively impacted because their lending activity, the margins are going to be lower because that yield clerks yield curve is not going to be quite as steep.
