“I JUST BOUGHT $25,000 INTO ONE STOCK 🚨 I AM NOT WAITING ANY LONGER ‼️”
$METABullish
Meta is a strong long-term buy due to accelerating ad growth and AI monetization, outweighing concerns about high CapEx and low free cash flow.

I just bought $25,000 worth of meta stock. I believe it's going to be one of the best stocks to buy now for the long term.

27% off the high on a 28% grower. 52-week range 520 to 790. What a range for Meta. 52-week low 520. My entry five, roughly 580. And then the high was 791. Street target 755. If we go with the street target, we are looking at a huge $175 move to the north, to the right side.

Meta's potential entry into renting out compute resources is viewed as a significant positive catalyst for its stock price.

meta trying to rise

People sometimes I think forget it's a $ 1.7 trillion market value higher than metas for example.

Note, they did not mention Meta. If Meta jumps in and turns their compute online, they'd be a possible unexpected entrance benefiting Meta and obviously taking some of the market share from AWS, Microsoft, Google.

$METABullish
META is a preferred Mag 7 stock (excluding NVDA/AMZN) due to its AI strategy of selling intelligence, which is viewed as positive and trending correctly.

Meta and all these companies weren't going to be investing heavily like they are now in the AI space.

I actually have another customer that will take this compute gladly from you open AI or or maybe Meta or or some new startup that just came up

“Amazon SUED by FTC, Stocks Struggle, Bears are Back - BUY?!?!?”
$METABullish
Meta's legal risks from ad pricing lawsuits are negligible relative to its size; AI-driven ad spend growth will offset minor revenue impacts, making current weakness a buying opportunity.

Uh less so with Meta, though there is a pricing lawsuit or mechanism lawsuit against Meta uh as well.

And then there's a smaller allegation that maybe even Meta is involved and they're all trying to scam you.

sorry, not Amazon, Meta. The allegations against Meta were that they inflated the potential reach of ads because there are so many duplicative and fake accounts. That was with the DZ reserve case claiming 7 billion in damages.

And then Iron Tribe has a lawsuit against them claiming that there are some funky pricing mechanics going on. Also similar to this second price auction thing we just outlined on the whiteboard. uh claiming that uh Meta just used sort of a blended price that raised your ultimate fee that you had to pay.

“Thatcher: NVDA AI "Tentpole," META & MU New Value Stocks, SPCX Long-Term Buy”
$METABullish
META offers significant value; resolution of legal/government risks via settlements creates shareholder upside.

But, where I see the most value is actually in a name like Meta. It's kind of had this uh, you know, gray cloud over it with all the legal uh, and government risk. I think that getting some of those settlements through is actually going to be uh, a real nice new change for the stock.

Obviously, there's a lot of humanitarian uh, you know, in real life stuff that goes with that, but from a shareholder standpoint, I think that it gives Facebook a nice upside. So, that's a name that I definitely see value in.

“5 Stocks That Could Explode After Nvidia’s Massive Earnings!!”
$METABullish
Meta will perform extremely well due to belief in Mark Zuckerberg's AI vision.

Stock number four is going to be Meta Platforms. Now, Meta Platforms is not one that really gave me anything during the earnings call, but I believe can benefit extremely well with this AI

So, Meta right now 578. Year-to-date the stock is down 11%. Obviously, there was that scaryness from all the legal lawsuits. We seen that it's gotten better, right? So, the the fears of a tobacco moment for them has has kind of gone away.

“3 Stocks That Won After Nvidia Earnings!”
$METABullish
META is undervalued; efficiency gains in AI hardware and custom chips improve core ad profitability, outweighing short-term FCF pressure from high capex.

Yeah. So my first one is might seem very strange because it's not a direct beneficiary of what Nvidia has told us. One of the two is but the first one I'll talk about is Meta.

Now Meta of course spends an insane amount of money on Nvidia chips but it also spends an insane amount of money on making its own custom chips. But the connection here is about cost and not revenue.

“🚨 MAJOR Market Update (for all serious investors)”
$METABullish
META is undervalued; current pullback due to AI spending is an attractive buy for long-term growth towards $1000 in 5 years.

So, the first stock that I bought a little bit more of that I already had some due to this dip that's happened and one that I think is probably the most undervalued Mag Seven stock that there is is Meta.

Meta's recent weakness is largely being driven by investor concerns over its massive AI spending. But the underlying business remains extremely strong. Q2 revenue jumped 28% advertising continues to grow and Meta's investing today to strengthen its AI capabilities and monetization.

“THIS Mag 7 Stock is about to VIOLENTLY *Skyrocket*”
$METABullish
Meta is undervalued with high upside; expected pivot to renting out AI compute will remove valuation discount, supported by technical floor at $540.

Do you buy Meta stock or stay away? There's something unique going on with this stock. It is obviously one of our massive hyperscalers. It is the only hyperscaler that does not rent compute, and Wall Street has a few choice things to say about it.

You've got Meta stock on the one-year basis compared to Amazon and Apple, destroyed versus these other companies. Meta stock down 23%. Amazon's up 15, Apple is up 37% on a one-year timeframe.

“The Rally Is Still Working, But It’s Getting Selective”
$METABearish
META remains in a confirmed downtrend below the 10-week SMA with negative technical indicators; not a buy candidate despite positive legal news.

Also looking at these M7 names, let's take a look at Meta. Big news last week for this particular stock because they did resolve their youth addiction lawsuit. So, that was certainly good news, but we are very much in a confirmed downtrend.

We're going to pull up the weekly here. You'll see that we are trending below that 10-week simple moving average, negative RSI, negative MACD. So, not a candidate at this point. Still has quite a bit by way of work to do.

$METABullish
Meta's legal settlement is a competitive win; the stock offers a bullish technical entry near 530-538 support levels.

And potentially one coming from Meta. And that is where we kick things off. Meta platform start the week at 551. Shares were up nearly 4.9% official week at 578.

Now before we get to AI, Meta obviously as you know had a big moment in the courtroom. one that was expected to last six weeks that came to a screeching halt as both sides, the attorney generals from across the country and Meta decided in a courtroom to settle.

“Hardware AI Stocks Reverse POST Jackson Hole”
$METABullish
Meta is a strong buy; lawsuit resolution and technical support at $540 create a low-risk entry, while potential compute monetization offers substantial upside.

Still holding up on stocks like uh Meta and Netflix up a couple percent. Meta really getting still left behind on this sort of legendary support line right here in this longer term convergence really indicating that you know there might be a potential to actually buy more meta at these levels because you really do sit on and close to a legendary support line. you are on a technical basis converging not straight down but rather horizontally suggesting that unless there you know the entire economy falls off a cliff it suggests there's some serious upside potential here on meta especially with the dalahalas they've got uh very interesting

“I Can't Stop Buying this Stock - Why The Market's Getting it Wrong”
$METABullish
Meta is undervalued and a strong buy due to reduced legal overhang from the $18B settlement, growing AI/WhatsApp revenue, and low ~18.6 forward P/E.

In today's video, we are going to be discussing Meta's large settlement that it just had, what it means for the business and the share price, and also why the stock hasn't responded as well as many people thought it would, including myself.

So first off, let's discuss the changes that Meta needs to make to its platforms. And all of these changes are specifically for minors, which are people under the age of 18 in the United States.

The first one is a default 2-hour daily limit across its apps that teens can only disable with parent permission. A night mode from midnight to 6:00 a.m., which blocks feed, stories, reels, and the explore feature.

A school mode, which mutes notifications from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Continuous use prompts that warn the user every 15 minutes. Teens will also have a non-algorithmic feed as the default.

Teens will be able to turn off autoplay. Teens will also have likes hidden by default. There will be stronger age assurance and detection technology. And then lastly, there will be an annual independent auditor review to make sure that Meta is playing by these rules and that they are all actually being enforced.

Bullish on META; settlement removes legal uncertainty and is financially manageable, with potential for significant upside to $890-$1,000/share by end of decade.

Meta settling a teen safety lawsuit for $17 billion

Robert, you actually talked about this one uh recently. You flagged that Oakland trial of that $ 1.4 trillion threat for Meta could be very bad.

Coalition of state attorney generals were going after Meta over child safety. Meta's own filings put the theoretical ceiling at $1.4 trillion in damages.

Meta's AI spend does not drive growth; core ads face user decline/regulatory issues; potential debt needs and lower guidance signal weakness.

OpenAI is going to become the going to become bigger than Meta in 3 and a half years if you believe their projections. And they're going to do that while spending more than twice of Meta's OPEX.

Meta as well, but they're not doing anything. They're just they're just rolling in their filth.

“10 Stocks to Buy! Value Investing Quadrant Update 2H 2026”
$METABullish
META is fairly valued at current levels with upside potential from AI growth; sentiment improves as price decreases.

We have then meta platforms Facebook when it comes to meta B ratio even lower than represented. You have again it here you have the links also here to the videos of the research.

So you can click also here. You can download this for free in my free value investing course in the link in description below. Now earnings per share adjusted for the lawsuits 8% growth rate 10% return P ratio of 20.

Meta is fairly priced for a 10% return. If they grow a little bit faster on AI, you can make a six time return on meta stock. Worst case scenario, okay, that would be crazy. 3% perhaps.

That's too crazy. Let's put 5%. Let's put a P ratio 15 just not to be called crazy. Too much. I like what people call me crazy, but too much is too much. So, present value in this scenario 700.

That means 12% return something like that from meta. Therefore, I am pushing it a little bit more to the right 10 11% return. We'll see how the AI story ends up the investment.

So, I'm just more positive on it as the price went lower.

Meta's settlement of the trillion dollar lawsuit for billions is a strategic error enabling further regulatory actions in other jurisdictions.

Meta, what do they call it? uh settled their trillion dollar lawsuit for some kind of billions of dollars there. I think it's a big mistake. It opens the door for Washington State.

It opens the door for New York. It opens the door again for Europe. But these things will happen over time. It's not going to be an immediate thing. Um anyways, they resolve their um issues there with uh the state of California.

“Meta Wins A Massive Strategic Victory”
$METABullish
Meta's lawsuit settlement is a strategic victory; the financial cost is minimal ($9.2B economic value) and the app restrictions benefit the company's long-term position.

We just got news that Meta won their lawsuit. Now, they didn't technically win, they actually settled. Meta is paying out $18 billion in the dollars in the settlement. That's a lot of money.

Plus, they're having to make lots of concessions and restrictions with childhood accounts.

“Meta Faces Astronomical Liability From State Lawsuits”
$METABearish
Meta's legal liabilities are potentially astronomical ($200B-$1.4T), threatening to disrupt its core advertising business model and future revenue.

On August 7th, 2026, Meta was forced to pay $942 million of civil penalties to the state of New Mexico. The lawsuit was related to the addictive nature of Facebook and Instagram and the negative impacts this has on children.

But, this Meta lawsuit is different. It strikes at the core of the company's business model and how they were able to become so profitable in the first place. And, this is just the beginning.

Meta is now being sued by California, Colorado, and New Jersey. If these states win, Meta's liabilities could be astronomical with estimates ranging from $200 billion to $1.4 trillion.

“Why I'm Buying the Dip BIGLY”
$METANo side taken
Meta's growth remains strong, but recent cost expansion warrants monitoring to see if it's a trend or one-time.

Meta Stock for example, Netflix, Service Now, Salesforce are close to their 200 day moving average.

I actually was asked exactly that in our uh course member live stream. Somebody's like, "Kevin, you like Meta, you like Netflix? I even like the advertising part of Google even though I'm not exposed to Google, right?" like Kevin, what about Tradeesk?
